As I said before cooking should be 50/50 in a relationship.......I'll be damned they day I gotta sit around and wait for the next person to cook me a plate of food, dat chyt stopped when I was a teen.

Maybe that’s what it is. I’ve been cooking since I was five. It wasn’t because I was told to, I just didn’t like waiting around for mom or dad to cook.
And more importantly, seeing my dad share cooking responsibilities made me want to be like him too. So I appreciate the time and effort it takes into preparing and cooking meals.
I get on women for their bullshyt but I have to take their side on this because this is eye opening. No men in my family, extended otherwise, would act like this.
We’d be embarrassed if we couldn’t cook and just eat up everyone’s food. There’s alot of guys out there that just want a maid, not a wife.
I’ll be damned if I let my missus slave away in the kitchen and house all day when I’ve got two working hands and feet.

I ALWAYS check that kind of behavior because sexism runs deep in both sexes and many ppeople have certain expectations out of habit.
If a man is doing the goofy shyt she says then he's been a piece of shyt and she choose to ignore it. That kinda passive controlling behavior doesn't pop up over night.
It is.....Mainly due to bad parenting.
A parent should make it an essential to teach their child how to cook (Male or female).
As I said earlier you can't be sitting around all day and waiting for the next person to supply you with a plate of food, you gotta feed yourself.
