Dressing nice helps. It doesn't have to be name brand crap, just try to look nice. Grooming goes a long way. Facial hair goes a long way (I didn't learn this until I was 31). Showering is a must. With that said, I don't believe in accessories. In high school and college I wore watches, chains, earrings, sun shades, and none of that ever got me anything.

A word on overweight guys, from an overweight guy. It's not necessarily your looks holding you back. It's the pre-conceived notions that women have about you and your own self-esteem that can lower your dating opportunities. Women have a lot of negative views of overweight men that you have to prove wrong, and you will be given an opportunity to do so eventually. They think you have higher estrogen (I've already done the research, it's not true) and overall, they think you're not as strong or manly as the thinner guys. This is because they saw low self-esteem overweight guys being made fun of in middle/high school and not doing anything about it. Now I'm one of those guys that got made fun of, tried to roast back, and failed. I didn't know it at the time, but this lowered my chances with women immensely. As I got older, I stopped playing the dozens, and decided if someone tries to roast/humiliate me, I'm putting hands on them, and you should too. You can't let people get away with disrespecting you.

So online dating is going to be harder for overweight guys, because women don't see you in a social environment and how people are responding to you. They still think it's high school rules, but many overweight guys are no longer allowing people to humiliate them. Basically, just going outside and not getting roasted to hell will start making them see you differently. Just that alone. Women are not stupid. They can see if something has changed, even if just a little bit.

i wonder why surgery is not in high demand with men as it is with women you would think if ugly gang realizes money isnt a surefire way to get women that they'd go under the knife to change their looks.

IMO, it's a cheat code. Some bytchmade ass shyt. If one does it for medical reasons, that's one thing :whoa:, but if it's strictly for vanity... :francis:

I mean in a society mainly based in your looks is how people will treat you why cant we advocate uglygang to go for every advantage you can get ? Vanity and "Honor" be dammed when others are getting the same work done.
