He had a brand, one of them clean cut "regular" guy rappers that people can vibe to. But then he fukked it over with his [new-age] wrestling and twitter lame persona. He confronts randoms on twitter all the time....which equals bytching and moaning...which equals looking lame. Then he complains about not getting love or media coverage, which makes him look more desperate.

My advice to him would be to stop dropping new music for 2 years, then by the time he returns the landscape will have changed a bit. Right now, even if he drops good music nobody gives af bout Wale. They just not checking for him, and his brand is tarnished.
He still has a name tho which is why if he takes leave and comes back few years down the road, he can easily collab with people. He's not collabing with new artists for some reason or the old ones he used to, or maybe its them who don't like to be associated with him.
