Mentions not working

I type a username in correctly, but it doesn't work.
I even copy/paste a name, but it still doesn't work.


I am clueless on what to do next. Anyone have any other tips to help me out?

When i edited out your font it worked

So, I have to have a basic font to be able for mentions to work... Got it.
