billion dollar stadium, still gone have the grass and rock paved parking lots to tailgate?:sas2:

tear down historically, and oldest black churches in Atlanta for a team who will never win a championship.
I hope that stadium is cursed by the same black hands, black sweat, blood and tears that build them churches :wtb::pacspit::birdman::demonic:

Karma is waiting like

We actually about to get up outta here...traffic is already a nightmare, this place is gonna be crazy from April-September with constant road work, endless traffic and now an extended rush hour because of the Braves. I drive by that shyt every day and it's already a problem.

But yea Cobb got alotta new blood in there, the area around Cumberland is fly and pretty diverse

You not the first person who I've heard say that. That's interesting. I never really see the traffic tho so I didn't know if it was that bad. Usually when I slide up there to Cumberland it's later at night or on the wknd. Although I have noticed 75 North been stupid pretty much any time of the day/night or wknd. look like some LA shyt now. Rush hour is all day everyday

I was down in ATL a month or so ago and was amazed how shytty downtown traffic is when its not even rush hour on a weekday. honestly reminded me of LA with the way shyt is so spaced apart and still tons of traffic lol.

Cobb Parkway isn't horrible but I'm usually there early in the morning or afternoon rush hour, but 285 north from S Cobb to 75 or to 400 is a nightmare in the mornings and equally horrible heading South on 285. The side streets are starting to get bad with the overflow traffic too

I made the mistake of getting turned around there last week. Traffic is going to be nutty.

Being catty ain't gonna make Levi Stadium look prettier. We just gotta hold that L until they build another one in Modesto or Santa Rosa or some other random ass suburb

:mjcry:
As crazy as it may sound, I liked the location of Candlestick Park. Right over there in Bayview-Hunters Point, with the hills overlooking the stadium.

Breh 75 like my gateway. When I'm driving home from Indiana and I hit that bytch in Tennessee I'm like :blessed: almost home. But I've noticed recently when I've come in soon as I hit South Marietta it's just like a wall. Tried to adjust the time I leave the last couple drives to avoid it like if I time it right and hit the metro at like midnight Ill be Gucci. Nah breh. shyt don't make no difference at all anymore. sitting in traffic literally 15 minutes from my exit after a 10 hour drive like :mjcry:

Can't think of a big city that doesn't have crazy traffic.

My work office is at the Galleria (before they made us switch buildings, we had a view damn near into the stadium). Now the building we in faces Downtown :beli:

Too bad they stopped work on that walkway that was supposed to cross over to the stadium area from Galleria over 285.

For now it is but they're already starting the process of trying to move people out.

Next is the increase in rent/property value:francis:

The new stadium is right near the west end and the HBCU's down here:wow:
All music to my ears :francis:
Vine city is a perfect opportunity for black wealth
Properties are going for less than 100k. If cacs can be the "pioneers" by moving into the hood and upgrading we should too
