Bouncer shouldn't have punched him, but what the fukk do you expect? Just cause ur drunk I gotta take your bullshyt? Just cause u feel brave right now, in front of your friends? I warned you, and you literally crossed the line. Next time if you don't wanna get beaten up while drunk then know your place, shut the fukk up and go home.

Also :snoop: and :laff: @ the dudes here saying they would come back with a gun. Typical American mentality nonsense. I can't take the L you just gave me like a man so I gotta come back later and shoot you. :umad:

Sad to say this is the hood mentality nowadays. The days of the fair one and the fade are pretty much gone except amongst OGs (e.g. Jim Jones wanting the fade with Franchesca Montana). Sh*t is really pathetic, very few real nikkaz around these days. Same nikkas thinking they hard 'cause they did a driveby are the same ones to get the runnin' when their rivals catch them alone, and be the first to snitch. Nothing makes you more of a man than the hit-get hit interaction. I respect the latino homey for taking his L and going home. :salute: And he should ditch that CarrotTop muddafukka he was ridin' with.

Yeah, its some sad shyt. You throw away your whole life cause your ego got bruised a little? Its just silly, that kind of mentality. Just take it like a man and accept your losses.

:what: why y'all fukk nikkas in here caping for the mexicac for? Dude was told to keep his funky ass behind the line. The fact the bouncer is bigger than him gives should hace motivated him enough to stay in line if he not bout dat life.

He got what he deserved. If he can't handle his liquor he need to enroll in an AA program

Nah breh , this ain't for nothin to do with race. The bouncer didn't have to do all that. Just because you "can" be the shot outta somebody it doesn't mean that you should. Dude could get sued and can lose

I been sued twice because customers said my security attacked them, both times because of video evidence i won......

The bouncer has definitely lost his job and would probably face an assault charge..... the club could be shut down and definitely the guy knocked out can sue for a ton of money...

There is no way this dude has any experience ...... If you work as club security getting people stepping to you, threatening to shoot you or to come back with their boys to fukk you up is part of the job description ... If you cant handle all of that with a cool head you are in the wrong business

As a bouncer being able to diffuse tense situations is more valuable than being able to throw hands...

couple of things....you never ever ever just have one bouncer at the door thats a no no........ second red flag is he wasnt in uniform....

sometimes as security youre gonna fukk people up, it happens.......... experienced bouncers know where all the blind spots are where there are no cameras, those are the areas where people get smacked up

Im not so sure about this....The bouncer allowed the guy to talk shyt, he just specifically warned him to not cross the line and make an aggressive maneuver towards him. The patron approached him as if he was going to attack. A bouncer doesnt have to wait to get injured in order to strike....we're talking about minimum wage bouncers here, not highly trained and disciplined secret service agents. I doubt there is a civil case here. The video clearly shows the patron being the aggressor.

Yeah that was very original of him. Don't think I've ever heard that one before.
i've never heard it yelled that way "i'm putting this on worldstar baby! nikka we made it :krs:". dude sounding like he just heard his song on the radio for the first time. like it's his biggest accomplishment to date.

still a stupid move cause while dude might not win the case, it could still be a civil suit and lawyers have to be paid, time off work, etc. all of which could have been avoided. dude wasn't a threat, was drunk and hadn't hit yet. if the bouncer wasn't on the job and this was an incident between two dudes, i would say fukk it. but frankly if i was the club owner, i'd be pissed at the bouncer even if the guy might not win the case.

you said it yourself he made an aggressive maneuver toward him at no point did he actually attack him or raise his hands........at no point can the bouncer claim self defence in any court of law.... unless its in Florida than I guess anything goes

Bouncers are only supposed to pacify and not strike customers....... I have seen this scenario a million and one times, nine times out of ten they never ever throw a punch, this highlights the reason why you ALWAYS have more than one bouncer at the door, because obviously with more than one doorman people think twice, its also a lot easier to restrain or pacify people without hitting them....

Im speaking from experience, most doormen are disciplined....the days of some poorly trained big lump of meat standing at the door are over......

No properly managed club or bar is going to employ some minimum wage flunky whose actions could result in them being sued, losing their customers or losing their license

He crossed the line and in the process knocked over the velvet rope.

What do you expect, the bouncer to do nothing and just pick up the rope? It's open season on any bouncer who let's something like that slide.

At the very least that calls for a yolking up full nelson and thrown on the curb.

It sets a message. Plus you got a drunk coming at you, what is he supposed to wait until he swings? Or wait for a gun to be pulled?

As a bouncer you squash any feelings of aggression from patrons, especially drunk ones getting egged on by his friends

my friend If you operate a door in the manner you describe your business wont be open for long....

Im talking from the point of view of someone that had a 12 strong security team......

The full nelson and yolking to the curb is the only correct reply.........you have drunks coming at you every fukking week....what are you gonna do knock everyone out? plus as a club owner i dont want a lawsuit every fukking week...

If you tackle someone who steps to you it usually dies there....you knock someone out they are coming back next week mobbed up or with burners

The authorities are very very quick to revoke your license if they feel your doormen are too excessive .....

I know of two doormen who did time for manslaughter for punching people whos heads cracked on the pavement and subsequently died..

What sends a message is when people see 4-5 big security guys at the door....not one punk

yeah the bouncer was wack

real impressive knocking out a drunk dude
:childplease: Yall nikkas actin like 99 percent of fights at bars arent started by drunk people. Those types who get liquored up and try to test nuts deserve no pity if thet get whats coming. Being drunk is no fukking excuse to confront someone like that without repercussions. Why in the hell are people giving this dude a pass...so yall saying if a drunk dude stepped to you like that, you wouldnt do shyt?:wtf: Drunk or not, an aggressive person is still a threat and more than capable of harming you. Ive seen drunk folks just up and swing on ppl unprovoked causing serious injury on some bully shyt....those types need to get hurt. Chances are that guy was most likely a problem before and a nuisance that whole night till staff got fed up. fukk him.

I guess it depends on the type of establishment youre running. The ones in the hood or a semi urban club, the bouncers are straight pitbulls.

Ive seen dudes get that work for talking slick to a bouncer. And these are long running and still standing clubs in NYC.

The thing is, dudes will test you. And if you dont drop the hammer at certain acts of aggression, it gives the next man thoughts. Next thing you know somebody is stepping to you on some beard to beard shyt. 4-5 security guards will not send a message to your average 20 year old knuckle head 7 deep with cognac in his system trying to get in the club with a fitted on.

The clubs i know where the bouncers are 6'4 280 and will literally give you a mob style beatdown, 99% of the line will listen to all rules and stay respectful.

When I started going to clubs I saw it and I thought like this
can't be legal:huhldup:

But trust and believe it's as common as a cac going to Starbucks. You think you're average dude is filing a civil suit?:shaqlaugh:
That's cac shyt breh.
