A lot of these things started around the BLM/George Floyd situation. If they thought these diversity management jobs that don’t add to the company’s bottom line, would last forever, then they’re not that smart…
Exactly, DEI was a fukkin marketing ploy by companies for image purposes and not an actual movement

I mean we all knew this was bullshyt when our corporations implemented this. I’d roll my eyes every time I got an email about some DEI shyt. It was never going to be sustainable because companies were forced into it during George Floyd protests/COVID-19 impacts. They didn’t want this in the first place :francis: Back to the status quo. All your workplaces (if they rolled this out) will now follow.

DEI was never sincere to begin with. It all started sprouting out in the aftermath of the George Floyd protests in 2020. Basically a way for these crackers to say they "understand us" and "feel our pain." It was never sincere. :francis:

Shout out to Costco for still retaining their DEI programs despite pressure from conservatives.

They p*ssy and scared of going against MAGA. That's why no one respects them on a personal level and certainly, most women see through them.

Cheap Indian labor coming up.
Many of them shrugging their shoulders as more tools that help black people climb the ladder get dismantled on some who cares shyt. Theres still companies out there not folding to the pressure like Costco. salute

I got my friends nephew an internship that led to a $60K a year IT job out of college through a DEI program.

Now that I’ve started my business, supplier diversity programs are the lifeblood of many minority owned businesses. While it’s not technically DEI and these programs have been around for decades, if MAGAts focus their ire on those programs, it’s going to be a huge blow to minority businesses. Like a major blow.

All the DEI gains at Meta for black people were in the DEI department they created to address DEI. Other than that, no difference.

Asians ate even though somehow they aren't socially considered to be diversity hires. But if you look at all these diversity numbers at all these tech companies, DEI = more Asians. They're group that saw the biggest gains in representation by far during the DEI era:francis:

this the new "affirmative action only helped white women" eh

if something helps 1 black person and 1 non-white man yall write the whole shyt off. just childish

Of course a few black people will be helped and it will usually be at the bottom. A black man with little to no job experience will get a entry level job.

DEI will not help that same man become an exec or anything higher than a senior position
