I started eating once a day and feel like I'm in the best shape of my life AlhamdiuAllah

Great to hear champ,I just started about 2 weeks ago. I'm doing the intermediate fasting at the moment.
I've already fallen off and pigged out on a couple days so far:francis:
But I don't even feel all that bad about that,because if I go from eating crazy junk ,all day everyday. To not eating a lot everyday,not eating at all some days,to pigging out occasionally? Its still gotta be a win win:wow:

Went from struggling to get up in the morning,even after a full 8 hours,hitting the snooze button 5 times. Now I've been waking up before the first alarm even go off sometimes

3 meals a day was one of the worst ideas in the history of man.
How the ruck do people eat 3 meals a day??


I agree with this sentiment as well. I am not sure the proper amount to eat per day but I do think what we put in our body makes a staunch difference as well.

I’ve been slowly changing my eating habits since 18 and I think it’s helped. I try to eat mainly whole foods and things with ingredients I can recognize with only a handful of ingredients all together. Not saying I don’t eat out or eat junk from time to time but it is definitely not an everyday thing.

This. I definitely know we can't need 3 meals a day,being as inactive as most Americans are. But even on days that I'm pretty active and barely eat,I honestly haven't felt myself feel light headed or anything. Passing out like somebodies auntee was one of the main things I was worried about.

This type of stuff is why people don't trust vaccines
