this generation of gaming has really been defined by remakes.

that said, MGS3 was one of the MG games I never beat because I couldn't stand the janky camera mechanics. hopefully this remake addresses that.

Personally I love remakes, this is an interactive medium that was extremely limited by technology in its first decades, so I'm all up to relieve all these classics with better visuals, sound, modernized controls, UI etc.

Kojima was creatively bankrupt with the MGS series by V lol. But basically Skull Face and his team of XOF soldiers were operating from the shadows. During the entirely of the Virtuous Mission and Operation Snake Eater. They were clean up men that made sure there were no traces or witnesses. Left behind to tie the mission back to the United States.
