Metal Gear Solid 3 is now 15 years old

Man I don't know where to start with this one

All of them were phenomenal games but MGS3 was special. The story was amazing going to a jungle setting and now centering around Big Boss in his early years was a dope contrast to the sci-fi contemporary setting of MGS2. Seeing all these iconic characters in their prime was cool to see.

Along with the good story MGS3 had fantastic gameplay. Prior to MGSV MGS3 had the best gameplay in the series. The CQC system had mad depth that I never explored that much of it. All the tools and how you could combat different situations made this game feel like a stealth equivalent of a Devil May Cry game.

Also, this joint had the best boss fights in the entire series to this DAY!

They all were sohh memorable either as a character or the gimmick themselves and how to beat them.

I can go on and on but MGS3 is still the best in the series and Kojima's magnun opus to me. It evolved the gameplay of the original MGS and greatly expanded the lore of MGS. This game is the definition of a classic

Greatest game of all time. It was way ahead of it's time with the camo, the hunting, the surgery on yourself, the multiple ways to finish almost every mission and a classic soundtrack. I've beating this game on every gen since it came out
