MGS is on the Mount Olympus of games. I remember watching my older brother play it when we got a PS1. I was just the whole time looking at the intro. A movie video game in one package I was in heaven.

That got damn gas room & Nikita almost caused me not to finish this masterpiece of a game. It's not like today where you have walkthroughs on Youtube, and guides online available with a simple search of a smartphone... All I had was me & my controller as a youngin':mjsnakecry: ....

One of those Crash Bandicoot games need to give up its spot for Syphon Filter tho. IDGAF which one .

Resident Evil 2 should've taken that slot to be honest. It was almost as big a deal as Metal Gear Solid when it released. Next should be maybe Gran Turisimo 2 or Tekken 2 or 3.
