Police say Andrew Frey held off more than a dozen officers after repeated Taser blasts failed to subdue his meth-fuelled antics


Andrew Frey, 37, was eventually arrested after a wild, meth-fuelled weekend of erratic behaviour, which climaxed in the obscene outburst in Iggy's Bar & Grill in Salem, Oregon.

Frey's wild weekend began on Saturday, December 21st, when he admits to authorities he used methamphetamine - but he says he has no memory of his behaviour over the following 48 hours.

At around 1pm on Sunday, county sheriff's deputies say they were called after Frey reportedly refused to pay a locksmith he'd called out.

Frey then wandered over to a nearby shopping centre and refused to leave. He was ejected from there by security.

Finally, he made his way to Iggy's Bar & Grill, where a bartender says he took out his penis and started masturbating in front of the bar.

By the time a deputy arrived on the scene, Frey had moved from the bar into the toilets, but was still allegedly pleasuring himself.

The sheriff's deputy shot Frey with a Taser multiple times, but this wasn't enough to subdue him. He started fighting with the officer, who called for backup.

It reportedly took at least 15 officers, responding from various forces around the area, to get Frey under control and arrest him.

It wasn't a happy ending for Frey, who after being treated at a local hospital was taken to county jail on charges of public indecency, resisting arrest and theft.
