Yea, you gotta really really REALLY sacrifice for that physique. I’m talking about your cheat days mainly just being a larger portion of the healthy shyt you already eat.

When you make THAT type of commitment then the 6 pack will come easy. Most workouts engage the core anyway.

Yeah no
I don’t sacrifice shyt and I still got my abs at 32 going onto 33
I just run/do cardio 3-4 days a week and lift 3 days a week on separate days :manny:
