Method Man never released an OB4L type of classic, but he still my favorite Wu member

Now Tical is still a classic although it's not in the same realm as Only Built 4 Cuban Linx or Liquid Swords. I never got why so many have said he's not all that lyrically on the mic. In the 90's, Meth was the first one who stood out the most to me when Enter The 36 Chambers first came out. Nah, he ain't like Kool G Rap on the mic but dude can still spit and he's always continued to only get better with writing.

Tical is a classic
Tical 2000 is near classic. Meth showed he was only getting better.
The Prequel wasn't as bad as most made it out to be. Meth was still spitting on this album and although most didn't care for the production, it wasn't THAT bad.
Then out of nowhere he dropped 4:21, which was one of the best albums of the late 2000's. It was hands down Meth's best album since Tical 2000.

Nah, I haven't kept up with the Wu since Raekwon released Only Built 4 Cuban Linx 2. I still need to check out that album that Ghost, Meth and Rae put out a while back.

Meth has been remarkably consistent and even though he isn't the best pound for pound Lyricist of the bunch, his flow and presentation and ability to adapt flawlessy to any beat are the best in the crew imo.

i love method man, to me tical 2000 was great but just had too many skits. his albums are solid- i'm really looking forward to crystal meth (just hope rza produce the bulk of it like meth claims he is). that's probably the album i'm anticipating the most right now

Yeah, I really hope The RZA is producing his next whole album because Meth is still writing some great rhymes.
