Mef has always seemed kind of ashamed of his wife, for some reason. He'll go out and show people his kids, but whenever it came to his wife, he acted like she didn't exist, even in interviews. I remember that Myspace incident when the chick called him out for having pics of him and groupies on his page, but none with his wife. He went off on the girl, lol. Some people are just private, but if you'll show your kids, then what's up with hiding your wife?

LL's wife had cancer too. People go through things. But when it seems like you're trying to hide your wife, people are gonna go digging. Those are the times we live in. It's really none of our business, but Mef has been caught out there cheating mad times. He said one time that his wife had left him. It's just kinda foul to post pics of you with groupies and strippers, but keep your wife hidden. LOL!! She must feel like shyt. Cube, LL and Dre and them take their wives with them everywhere. Yep. shyt Joe Rogan is every fukking where and has one of the most popular podcasts ever, and it's damn near impossible to find any pics of his wife or kids, because he's the same way as Meth. In fact, there may not even be any pics of his family. I'm guessing there probably is somewhere, but lots of people just want to keep their private life private.

I think a lot of it is to give the false impression of availability. Also to be more cynical it makes it harder for jump offs to get at your wife on social media.
