that's what he says and shipping is what it used to be based on. i'm pretty sure they could SAY it was double plat or whatever as long a it SHIPPED 2 million but you don't get the plaque until it's actually sold that many. some fukked up shyt like that anyway it was a fukked up little scheme for the labels to pretend something was more popular than it actually was even if it did catch up eventually.
