She hasn’t filed criminal charges and there isn’t enough evidence for prosecutors to file it themselves at the moment. Detectives could still be investigating it. Civil cases don’t decide what’s right from wrong in accordance with the law, so I’m trying to help you guys see the difference.

I admit the plaintiff sounds like a thottie. I’m not even condemning him, personally. He could be “innocent”.

On October 19 of that year, he was cleared by an eight-member jury and absolved of wrongdoing

The man went under oath and described how normal he thinks it is to gang bang women (“we men, you can assume...”) and other weird/unusual things like not knowing what the word consent means.
So with that said, y’all shouldn’t be surprised that feminists are up in arms about it. I’ve seen black women online talk about how disgusted they are with the love Rose is getting as well. This ain’t black excellence or none of that shyt that I’m willing to stick my neck out for.
Sidenote: Rose’s case was a civil trial, so there is no deciding if he was guilty or not, only liability; meaning compensation for damages. He was found “not liable”, and the lady is appealing that so it’s not even over. There was apparently not enough evidence to do a criminal case. We don’t actually know if he was “guilty” or not.
