I have easily seen enemies completely fold from one shot to the chest. It's rare for an enemy to withstand multiple shots unless they are some kind of soldier class and heavily kitted with armor. They definitely have levels in this game of enemy difficulty.
I should have uploaded tge fught I had on the train last night. It was pretty intense. This game reminds me of Killzone in the different setting. Weighted
