Metro Last light first Playthrough. Orginal or Ranger mode????

Original, if I remember correctly Ranger mode doesn't have a hud for a few functions like changing weapons, bullets, and some other shyt. If you're not familiar with it already your going to be like

Ranger mode. The game is immersive as fukk, trust menu won't get the full experience playing on original

With that said shyt is kinda confusing so having no HUD will probably fukk you over until you get the hang of things

yeah, ranger mode is dope, but a lot of on-screen prompts ("hold E") won't come up, and it might be confusing

on PC it's "C" to use your secondary weapons (knife, pipe-bomb, etc). you press Tab and a direction to select which secondary you want to use. however if you're playing Ranger-Hardcore, no UI will come up when you press Tab, so you'll have to know which weapon is what direction

you can check your bullet inventory in Ranger mode by looking at your clipboard (hold "M" and then press RMB). also you can usually see how many bullets are left in your gun when you use 'check watch' (I think "Y" is default). speaking of the clipboard, you can also use your lighter ("M") to burn spider webs

edit: and the compass on the clipboard points in the direction you should be going

pc doesnt have built in auto aim on FPSs when you hook up a controller breh

need that pixel perfect precision that only a mouse can achieve

especially in a series like metro where bullets are scarce

Autoaim? and I honestly believe my thumb sticks are more accurate than a mouse
