Ranger mode breh. Like @ChrisDorner said that immersion is crazy. I'm moving through the game mad shook. Throwing knives and silenced head shots have been my saving grace.

on PC it's "C" to use your secondary weapons (knife, pipe-bomb, etc). you press Tab and a direction to select which secondary you want to use. however if you're playing Ranger-Hardcore, no UI will come up when you press Tab, so you'll have to know which weapon is what directionPlaying on ranger mode now. you can check your bullet inventory in Ranger mode by looking at your clipboard (hold "M" and then press RMB). also you can usually see how many bullets are left in your gun when you use 'check watch' (I think "Y" is default). speaking of the clipboard, you can also use your lighter ("M") to burn spider webs

especially in a series like metro where bullets are scarce![]()
and I honestly believe my thumb sticks are more accurate than a mouse
