All percentage numbers are heavily skewed to be much smaller because it's for the Metro Area and not the city proper.

Why are we including majority white suburbs in these percentage numbers?

No one else thought that was weird?

Detroit 22%? DC/Baltimore 26%?

This is a list made by cacs, purposely diluting our numbers and selling us short.

Minneapolis in reality is over 20% black, and they probably didn't even include all of the African immigrants in those numbers.

Las Vegas is black because most of the blacks in Bay Area who moved live in Vegas.

The rent is beyond cheap

I ain't lived in Vegas but I know blacks who have relocated there from Socal and Central Valley. I doubt it's mostly Bay cats, it's a good mix of people from everywhere....
