I was there in 2018, and there's a monument in Chapulpetepec with thousands of pictures of missing people and family members. It's just like LA or NY in terms of culture, food, art, but there's no question of the severity of violence and degradation that goes on there. I saw a red Ferrari in Zapopan top down that said BOSS on the plate.
