Conditions in Latin America need to improve.
It's just so many variables at play.....so many "interest groups" that prevent it from being just as desirable as the U.S. and Canada. The whole region should have cities just as dope (pun not intended) and opportunities as any of the best cities in the the U.S...no reason Venezuelans should have lost on average 20 pounds last year, unless they opened up 24-hour fitness spots across the country

I agree with the first half of this. My issues with the second are a little complicated. No you can't cross there border illegally. I just think the whole premise of this issue is either fake or stupid though. Just the reasons behind it are dumb to me.
