Didn't Mexico take in 100's of Haitian refugees a few years back after the earthquake there and set em up with housing, food assistance and work & school visas?
I'm pretty sure this had a much more far reaching effect on black lives then whatever pennies you sent over to some corrupt African despot or cac-run evangelical front organization
