I mean, not really.

They lost 4/5 starters, and managed to make it to the playoffs every year since (or maybe they missed one)

They drafted CJ, who's killing shyt. It's just they've definitely made some of the worst moves in the last few years, with the Meyers Leonard and Allen Crabbe contracts.
But other than that, they've managed to outperform all expectations. I thought they were legit going to tank on some Philly shyt for years after they lost Aldridge et. al.
