in this pic you can see it looks like Big Boss, kaz have recruited the kid, that seems to be the leader of the child soldiers, probably a important character to the game....

the major theme of this one is "Race and Revenge" if i remember, so they are going to deal heavely with colonialism,racism, big boss recruiting child soldiers, etc.etc.

I believe it's the sequel to peace walker. Big Boss didn't meet Paz until the beginning of peace walker.
