Definitely hit up the Grove. Tons of bars down there and UM sluts. IMO, I prefer the more local spots than SB. shyt is overrated.Mojito bar is high on my list, especially for that happy hourI was just there a month ago. Stayed in Brickell, at the new A loft hotel. Check out some of the local spots in Brickell on S. Miami Ave, between SW 9th and 11th. Crazy hoes all around. Pretty good restaurant on the corner of S. Miami and 10th, called Deloris Lolitas. Good food and their bar area gets packed when the DJ comes on. Bayside is good money too, before and after Heat games. Hit up Mojito Bar in there. The waitressesDefinitely hit up the Grove. the nights where celebs show up can be the best and the worst bc ur getting totally outshined LOLOLOL... my suggestion is go on any day that's a weekend... just not when big names show up. I mean like big names that are on flyers.... atheletes showing up is inevitable but won't fukk up ur flow. Good thing about KOD is that there are regular chicks u can holla at too![]()

Well all the real ballers I know only live in miami part time and not full time. Florida is on the slower side of things and it really feels like there's something missing out here. Extended vacations are great here but eventually when the magic wears off you will wanna go back to where you are from and then come back again sometime. Also it's harder to get money out here and there are less jobs, but it's not impossible. So don't come out here expecting to find top notch jobs because they're not really out here. Apply first, get a transfer, or start your own business or you will not be eating breh. Florida and miami jobs are mostly service industry jobs... there are also more jobs in Ft. lauderdale than miami... unless you speak fluent spanish. The influx of migrant workers for the last 30-40 years has created a dynamic in which you will be getting paid hourly for jobs that are usually paid salary in other places... this is because migrant workers are ok with taking lower wages and now they are your competition. Yeah you can have a degree, but you might not ever get to use it because there aren't many companies that focus on that type of shyt. IF you have certs or a trade you will have better luck... but again shyt pays lower than the rest of the nation.@Chesirecatdaddy breh since you lived in both I wanna know your input on living in New York verses Miami.
I'm thinking of making a move down there but idk how it is to actually live down there.
Other than the weather...
From a young black nikka perspective, oh and I don't pawg on this side![]()
nah I mean't non stripper hoes jjust spectating... a lot of them are attractive and you can spit game. There's regulars at KOD, I thought KOD was a stripclub?
Is there other stuff in Miami, besides partying, or that's it?

If you like bytches, easy bytches, FL has that... they're not as ride or die though or as clever (which can be good or bad you decide)you also have way more rights here than in nyc. The goons here be on that dumb shyt committing petty crime and willing to die over stupidity... but that has calmed down a lot in miami and ft lauderdale.. dunno about the rest of FL since they're on the news constantly still.
I will say that the more money you have the more you will enjoy FL. Your money won't take you as far as it will in some places like ATL... but it'll take you further than nyc. There's lots of fine dining and etc..but it's not a climate that breeds innovation and competition.. you just gotta have that in you... shyt is very relaxed and motherfukkers are ok with what they got. There's also the showboat side of FL where everyone is tryna stunt in leased cars... you might not like that.
I been back and forth between here and ny for a very long time and this time I'm enjoying myself.. I also got to taste the high life cuz I was making money out here. I don't always enjoy it here tbh.. but this time I am. I'm actually broker than a motherfukka and part of me does wish I was in ATL or nyc bc I could hustle up some dinero in no time... but I got shyt in the works and will be back on top in a bit... after that I've decided to be here 6 months max out of the year and 6 months elsewhere, most likely BK... that's how all the real ballers do it (they all live overseas or out of state and rent out their cribs/leave their cribs empty when they aren't here
Black dudes is eating out here... dont let them fool you... only the dusty nikkaz with dusty dreads and ugly gold grills can't eat. If you are dapper and got your shyt together you can eat.. the money will be your main issue.
I'll Add more when I think of it ... any specific questions feel free to ask.

yes it is divided on the miami side especially...n yeah u wont recognize a haitian in that part of town..i was one of the few haitians or blk ppl in my building...the income disparity is very wide...aint no blk scene...theres a carib scene but mostly in broward...im glad u brought it up bc when ur here u forget all about that. the closest thing to a middle class blk hood here is w miramar ..lots of cookie cutter new developments.@Chesirecatdaddy good insight
I been browsing city-data and the consensus is pretty much there is no 'black scene' outside the hood. They say there's no black middle class so as far as black people that's pretty much all concentrated in the slums. There's motherfukkers in there who live on south beach / Brickell talmbout they don't see Haitians
So from that I get it's very divided. They say it's pretty much dominated by cac Latin and euros.
Also outside of downtown and miami beach I see it's real spread out I'm used to New York so idk that might be a bit depressing
As far as work I'm already doing real estate up here, I was thinking of trying the same out there. But I spoke to some people and I was told unless you know Spanish, you're dead out there..
Seems more like a vacation spot not worth moving to am I right?

So the things y'all talk about in this thread I take it that they are pretty much cac, euro, or mixed spots?

breh a huge part of the pop dont spk english or refuse to...better have that gps on deck.
no lie ft laud is slowly creepin up on miami..it's more american
Not true at all. New York is a hustler's dream, but Miami is a hustler's paradise. It's worth moving to if you're already established as a winter spot. Otherwise keep hustling breh.
