This wouldn't be a bad move on the part of the Heat if they picked up Beasley. Obviously he wouldn't cost much and maybe being around a professional organization that is all about winning would make him realize some of his potential. Cause he still has plenty of it and I think he could be 6th man of the year type of player with Miami as long as his head is in it.
