Also noticed that they are the only home crowd that arrives really late for home Playoffs games.. it takes until the start of the 2nd quarter for it to finally feel loud/packed - all other home crowds are there before tip-off

Says a lot about their attitude, they are there more for themselves, not fully for their team

i remember raptors fans leaving a 2016 playoff game early when their team was down 3 in the closing seconds, and missed lowry's miracle 3 that sent the game to OT



of course, nobody talked in the media or the coli talked about that since it didn't involve heat fans

Traffic is horrific down there. I left campus at UCF around 3pm on opening day in 2013 and I didn’t get into the parking garage until around 7:30 and that was a good 15 minute walk from the arena since the close ones were charging $40 to park in them. Worst traffic of any region I’ve seen outside New York.

It’s not a matter of team success. I’m pretty sure fan support is high and they turn a good profit. Attendance is always good and I’m pretty sure they’re almost always top ten in local ratings too. The whole heat fans being a bunch of front runners narrative was something largely pushed to go with LeBron leaving Cleveland to generate more animosity towards him and the team.
