And from what I heard, the coaching staff was forced/put under pressure by the GM to start Beasley at least 20 games, thinking they could bring out his dormant talents.I think it was Lance Blanks.Dude had a hard on(maybe literally..Suns front office is known for being a lil fruity ) for Beasley.They say he was trying to mentor Beas on and OFF the court.

He's sorta a smaller/low IQ having/aloof/ less consistent J version of Chris Bosh.

At best you bring him off the bench when Bron Wade or Bosh aint hitting and let him be your third option. At worst you cut him before the season starts so in no way is this a bad move for the Heat. At least in the regular season I could see scenarios where he is on the floor with Wade Bron Bosh and Birdman/Ray. He's got his faults but no one can take the fact away that he can drop 20 on any given night. The Heat have the type of culture where they can take a chance on a player like him and it wont mess up their chemistry if it doesn't work out.

Signing Beasley and Oden doesn't ensure shyt for MIA. They didn't cake walk to the finals last season, and the East will be noticeably better at the top this time around.

They're the favorites, but title lock? Nah. If it weren't for that choke job SA pulled in game 6, Heat fans would have offed themselves.
