Explain this so called lifestyle you speak of
driving everywhere

transient

not caring about intellectual topics

wack nightlife

overpriced restaurants

name dropping

people aren't upfront

being self absorbed

being trendy

lacking community

lacking history/tradition

not to say everyone in LA is like that or LA is a bad place. It's just not for me. I need a dynamic dense city, like San Fran is a great town IMO.

Maybe 10-15 years from now once downtown LA is more developed I'll like it more

that's sad breh, sounds like a reality show... and truthfully that list sounds like people that moved here from the east coast and other parts of the US. and I'm not even from LA myself.

I've been to NY, Chicago, Philly, DC, ATL, Memphis, Baltimore, Seattle, New Orleans etc etc. numerous times and trust me I can say bad things about all those cities and bring up their individual so-called "lifestyles" but I don't for one simple reason... I don't live there. Living somewhere and visiting are two totally two different animals. Alot of people I know out here are busting their ass trying to make ends meet. nice try breh
