BROCK OSWEILER

Michael: "I've got more sacks than he's got touchdowns." (This is accurate.)

Martellus: "I've caught more balls than he's completed." (Also accurate.)

SAM BRADFORD

(Both smirk.)

Michael: "The greatest quarterback in the NFL."

Martellus: "Vicious. Competitive."

Michael: "A real Joe Montana."

He is a great player but the media will tell you he is de facto hands down the best defensive player in the NFL...which is not the case...

Dude won UNANIMOUS defensive player of the year in 2014 and Justin Houston had more sacks...

I guess it was that interception and fumble Watt recovered that put him over Houston...UNANIMOUSLY

Yeah he's been put on such a pedestal

I realize he's a great player but the talk every year that he should be mvp over a qb is absurd. As great as he is defensive players even elite ones don't effect the game the way a Brady prime Manning or Rodgers does.

A qb that level guarantees you playoffs and a shot to win it every year. Watt doesn't

Watt had less talent around him than Houston.

The chiefs had 5 players make the pro bowl that year on defense. The Texans only had 1 (JJ watt).

The fact that their stats were so close despite JJ watt being doubled and triple teamed every game put him over the top.

That shyt looks worse and worse every year, they had their replacement for Witten and they let him go because of friendship(Romo/Witten) and bad coaching.
Witten was/is way better than that lazy muthafukka bennett. Dude isnt a willing blocker, takes plays off, etc..he wouldnt even get burn like that this season here. He's the reason it didnt work in dallas. Change of scenery was best for both parties

How was it best for both parties when Martellus flourished and the Cowboys keeps wasting picks on TEs? They weren't patient with him and it blew up in their face.
Watt is the best defensive player in the league hands down.
Watt does most of his damage against middle of the pack teams, but when he goes against a good/great OL he's average.

This is nonsense.

Average qb play can win games. Philip Rivers puts up numbers and misses the playoffs often.

MVP isn't a one size fits all criteria you're making it out to be.
