I will say this: black male entertainers get cocky about their alleged desirability whenever they start to get mainstream attention.

Many black entertainers don’t get put into mainstream attention right away. They first need their own black fan base to prop them up before they get get their world fan base.

Dudes stay talking about jealousy of black women yet many of these actors date other races and stay on black female publications/black female movies and always use black female as their ground base before their mainstream come up/and their I don’t see colour spiel.

Non black women don’t do all that talking, they will straight cut you off/ or have you not work again.

Many visible black male entertainers date other races of women. Young White actors for the most part are seen with white counterparts. So all these lies y’all spewinng need to stop.

Everyone knows that many black actors date nonblack in Hollywood for roles and because interracial is strongly encouraged when minorities are involved. We barley black couples on screen, it’s not hard to believe that spills over behind the camera.

That bein said if I bothers him that some black women say he doesn’t date black women it has more to do with his image and not wanting to lose his popularity.

I have always said black men in entertainment overrate their popularity because black female fans rate them highly they think that translates to white female/non black fanbase and it almost never does.

Dudes stay talking all that ish but don’t put their money where their mouth is. And if I constantly see a black male entertainer constantly with non black women, I lose interest personally. Calll it what you want, I don’t bash him but he is no longer in my radar.

Donald Glover has a mostly white fan base that he has developed over the years and he uses his artistic skills as a performer as his main selling point to audiences. He is in no way shape or form a sex symbol

Michael B Jordan on the other hand earns money by his looks and body. Not his acting skills. And whenever a black man does that, he will always be reliant on black female support because there are simply not enough non black women willing to financially support his projects. The overwhelming majority of non black women prefer and support their same race male partners as hearthrobs. His survival in Hollywood because of his lack of talent is reliant on black women supporting his projects because black men regardless of looks or talent, simply do not support other black men.

MBJ is in demand because of his looks but he didn't come up in the same manner the black heartthrobs before him did. His adult roles have largely been in universal/white-leaning movies. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out cause while cats like Will and Denzel had diverse leading ladies in their films, by the time they each peaked they were married to black women so their "loyalty" was proven.
