Yeah tbh his character was mainly shock value.

I remember seeing it in theatres and being like. This dude has zero depth, he’s just aggressive as hell for no reason. Like he was acting like some sociopathic street dude even though he spent years in the special forces. Saying off the wall shyt like “hey auntie”

Didn’t like how he just shot his girl like that first scene, that took away his humanity in my eyes.

If they bring Kilmonger back and try to position him as the new BP the movie will fail. Ryan Coogler gotta know better than that so hopefully they have something else up their sleeve.


I’m not hype about the sequel at all. But i’m rooting for everyone involved.

I feel you breh. But I will say this. IF and its a big IF...IF they are bringing Killmonger back this is more so a call by the higer ups and not Mr. Coogler IMO. They didn't foresee brotha Boseman dying (who did) but still want to make money off the billion dollar property (toys, cartoon, merchandise and movies).

At the end of the day folks on twitter and social media can talk all that toxic masculinity bull shyt. But we know at the end of the day women got the most disposable income and prefer to see men on the screen who are handsome, act like real men and do masculine stuff. I said when bossman died they were either going to have to bring Michael B Jordan back or get another "handsome" brotha to have a star roll in the movie. Cause that girl power shyt ain't gonna work with women overall (especially sistas without some male eye candy).

We have to be honest with this. I mean are we really gonna deny that some of the popularity with with the Thor, Iron Man and Captain America movies has nothing to do with the looks of the leading men and the co-leading men (IE buckey)?
