Chinese doctors have been using marijuana for it's seeds and fiber for thousands of years, but the herb itself is illegal in terms of possession, sale, transport and cultivation. (literally the perfect smiley to use hahaha)
We have a thing called Anti Drugs Day. 28 were executed last year alone. Police catch you, you're looking at many years behind bars, if you're lucky. Chinese government won't hesitate to put a bullet in whitey, so black people are gonna have it harder unfortunately. Unless you slide em a faaaat payday under the table, that is.

But I live in Hong Kong which has it's own laws. steep fine and a few years max.:bawsin:
