I've been to Numerous countries out there and it's very refreshing to go weeks upon weeks without seeing a single white person. In most countries, you only see them around the local Hilton or intercontinental hotel.


You are more likely to see an Indian than a Caucasian. Thus, beyond the globalMacro lvl white people stuff, most the things @Robbie3000 mentioned are absent in Dakar, or Dar es Salaam, or Cairo, or Accra, or Nairobi.

Environment plays a massive role especially in a society where both parents are spending most of the time at work. Kids are mostly raised by their peers here and that's regardless of race. Add social media to the mix and it's a wrap.

What? He didn’t say anything about black kids specifically. He’s talking about all of America and how children are raised here. It’s undeniable that the way children are raised and disciplined in African, Caribbean and even some East Asian countries is different (I can’t speak for other countries). The dynamic between child and adult is in stark contrast to that of America. You don’t have any voice or “personal truth” in these countries. You do wtf your parents say.

And ironically that IS how Black American households used to be as well (and still is to some degree), but social media and entertainment got kids thinking they know just as much as, if not more than, their parents… then you got people in authority coddling that type of behavior.
