I think he's between 30 and 40 percent, hovering around 60-65% black. You don't need to assume his dad is 20% to get these values which, looking at his supposed father, seems high for a guy like that. Looking at the two, I'm comfortable in presuming Carter has more black % than Klay Thompson. We don't know too much about his mom. She might be 60/40 depending on her father's region (the North?).
