we do have a lot of receivers with similar profile to crabtrees skillset. patton actually reminds me of crabs a bit. good footwork and nice elusion after the catch.

losing crabs is big, but its not game-breaking like people on here are trying to say. it also 'helps' that its still 3 months before the first game, so theres time for someone new to come in and learn the offense if we want to go that route.

if 6 months is the schedule he should be back for the offs or something...but a WR with a torn achilles....he wont be effective. couple it with the fact crabs isnt exactly a fast healer, I think its safe to say hes out for the year.
