As someone who got a zero tolerance DUI and a DWI (high) 10yrs ago, but was a big time drunk driver before I lost my license, this dude needs his clique and team to check him. It's AZ so he's for sure going to do atleast a little time for this. Hope dude learns his lesson before its too late.

Scottsdale PD didn't release this. This was a leaked video that TMZ and other sports gossip sites leaked. Same thing happened when Jon Jones got pulled over. Someone in charge of these videos hits up TMZ for a quick check and leaks them the video.

Any video with celebrities in compromised situations is worth a nice little come-up.

When I was young and dumb, I dated a white chick from Scottsdale. She had a .17 bac, cursed out the cops, hit one of the cops, and peed herself. She paid 5 grand for a lawyer and got two years probation (expunged upon completion) and forced volunteering in at M.A.D.D. No jail time other than the night she was pinched. I guess she had the complexion for the connection.

I did that once in my life back in my extremely reckless days. On New Years Eve bouncing between three different parties all with free liquor and plenty of people wanting to take drinks with me. From the time I took my last drink to the time I got my breathalyzer was about two and a half to three hours and I still blew a .18. I ran off the highway doing 90 or popped a tire or something and was found sleep at the wheel. That dumb shyt made me cut out drunk driving damn near all together. Can't say I haven't had sleep ups in the 10 years since but very few and far between.

Yea but dude is a professional athlete. You can't be a legit alcoholic (drinking hard 4/5 days of the week) and have your body be professional athlete stature. Homie would shyt himself errrtime he took a hard hit.

There's plenty of stories of professional athletes being hardcore drunks. Different sport but Vin Baker talked about showing up to games drunk at times. There were all kinds of rumors about Iverson doing teh same.

Yeah there's been slip ups. Never got in trouble with it but until uber came around stopped going out for years because of those slip ups due to not trusting myself driving anywhere if I was going to end up drinking because my drunk mind wouldn't think straight. Slowed up until uber came along and made more friends in the area where I could catch rides. So no I don't do now anymore but since the time of my DWI I had on the rare occasion.
