The CIVIL case got settled out of court....after Irvin countersued for defamation. Prosecutors declined to press criminal charges for that case. This all mentioned in the OP.
I don't see how that makes him 1-1. 2-0 in my book.
I stated it may or may not be true but you can't ignore the fact it's something that has happened multiple times. I realize he has a target on his back as a celebrity though.
