Shouldn't put a mark on his name at all to be honest. I don't know why it has a negative stigma attached to it.
As for he gotta stop getting himself in these situations, we don't know what happened and if someone lies on you, that isn't a situation you put yourself in, a person simply acted maliciously against you

There's lawyers who make careers out of getting people/entities to settle nonsense lawsuits. They create catch 22 situations where the settlement would be cheaper than the lawyer fees to fight it. The fact that he countersued for defamation first suggests to me that he was intent on fighting it before his lawyers explained to him that it wasn't worth it.

That accusation is at least in a gray area, where none of us know what really happened. The first chick admitted she was lying and it's still being held against him decades later smh

Most people assume settlements = someone is guilty. Could be the media...actual cases where that happened...idk. If he is indeed married and they messed around, that qualifies putting himself in that situation lol.
