My folks are pro-vax for various reasons..... theyre approaching 60
My father looks 30 but my mother is overweight.... I actually encouraged my mother to get vaxxed....she kept procrastinating

I could've had doses delivered to my house but I'm betting on herd immunity for now.

I just feel uncomfortable with how fast the product was rushed to the market.... The pharma industry isn't perfect...... mistakes happen.... human error.... bad luck... etc.

I'm just waiting & observing for now.

the way covid is mutating suggests it won't just go away. and we probably can't reach herd immunity without a lot more people getting maimed or killed. maybe we can head off the most serious effects, but more people have to get vaxxed. the way this virus keeps upgrading itself also makes me think it was engineered. vaccines might be the only way to beat it, but i really hope i'm wrong.

Hypocrisy is part of the human experience bro.... I mentioned in another thread that I'm also a college dropout but I always encourage young brothers to pursue education and get a job, because I dont feel most people have what it takes to bet on themselves and go independent.

I'm confident in my immune system so I'm willing to roll dice.... I'm confident in my abilities so I'm willing to bet on myself.

Just because I take certain risks and jump out the window doesnt mean I'll encourage everyone to follow me..... I encourage people to take the "safe" bet.... but I've always been a solo individual doing my own thing.
