$2.3mil / 48 institutions = $47,916.6666... per institution +/-

He donated $10 million to the Make-a-Wish foundation though :mjpls:

, Jordan Community Grants, a program of the Black Community Commitment (a 10-year, $100M joint commitment between Michael Jordan and Jordan Brand), were first given in 2021 and awards one-year grants to organizations leading sustainable solutions in their cities.

I remember back in the day people use to trash jordan because they thought he didn't do much for the people..especially our people. Then the rumor that he donated money to private prisons...people really believed that.

Props to MJ for doing this
In the last 10-15 years he's definitely done a lot. Before that it didn't seem like he was if I'm being honest. I could be mistaken though.

Not a zero sum game but lebron has done more and jordan has more resources available.

Any donation is a good donation, but but i can help but think this is a reponse after tpeople said he doesn’t go shyt for the community.

Lebron built that school in Akron and it’s changed lives.
