The Jordan rules was a fairly simple strategy honestly. Funnel Mike into a double team if he tries to go toward the middle of the floor, or force him to the baseline and trap. Schemes weren't really allowed to be more complex than that in the 80's. It's not like how Dallas played Shaq or LeBron in the 2006 and 2011 finals or how the Spurs played defensively in the 2013 finals. Also has 5 MVP awards too. We really should give him more credit than we do.

man i remember that. only 2nd game as a pro. was amazed. Again I'll say the body control is unmatched even 30 years later.
