Yeah, but being personable and being disrespectful is to different things

the guy shouldn't have been personable with the president, but he didn't disrespect the office

Bill O'reily's interview with Obama is a prime example of disrespect for the office

This is why as a black man it's important to be ready to check people. They'll see that skin color and think it's ok to look down upon you or treat you with less respect, including other black people(inferiority complex/slave mentality due to whtite supremacy).
