Yeah it was a little slimy, but I still don't think it justifies a 9M fine IMO. The bad meat is the worst case scenario argument I brought forward earlier.

The words "sponsored by (enter name of endorser)" does not need to exist in order to endorse a product. Using someone's name and/or likeness to sell a product is all you need.
