Awful. Dude was like 20+ years sober and seemed to be in a good place. It’s hard out there for the sober brehs.

Where did you hear he was 20 years sober? Everything I see it says he was still using as recently as last year. Seems like it was always a constant struggle for him. Supposedly he turned a corner after filming Lovecraft country but obviously it didn't last. Addiction is no joke.

I looked it up. Apparently the two possible theories are (1) that the cartels want to hook more people or (2) they are packaging the coke in the same area as fentanyl and didn’t clean the scales or tables properly. Thus, fentanyl is accidentally mixing with the coke
