Yep. I had braces twice as a kid as well as a headgear. Ortho told me after that I’d have to wait till I was fully grown to have surgery to fix my underbite/crossbite. Had braces again then double jaw surgery 6 years ago and I will never ever regret it. I look like a different person, don’t lisp anymore, and get compliments on my smile constantly. Best thing I’ve ever done

Cause crooked/jacked up teeth don't pick favorites usually....

Even with proper dental care growing up you ain't got no say in the matter how your teeth gonna come in unless you had parents who was financially well off to tackle it early. And that at some point for most it prolly caused insecurities so when you finally have the means to do something about it many do
