I don't think Vick has ever been questioned as far as still having most of his physical gifts. (But the two year's out of football helped too) It's always been more of a mental aspect with him. Chip Kelly being hired was a godsend for his career, cuz everyone just knew he was destined to be cut after last season. He probably will ball out this year, because this may be his last chance to be a starter if he doesn't.
