Good to see that Mike Vick is past all that and doing well.
On the real I have always rooted for Vick since he came back. I think dog fighting is wrong but to put the man away for 2 years in jail is disgusting. We got rich people hunting endangered animals. Also if Brett Farve was chicken fighting. It become a national pastime with John Madden calling the fights on espn. Not many people have the perseverance to come back from what he did. I want to see Mike Vick win.

In a Chapter 13, you generally get to keep what you want. You can surrender things you dont want if it was used as security for a debt. For example, if you have a house worth 100k and its 200k left on the mortgage, you can surrender the house and the rest of the debt will usually be discharged at the end of the bankruptcy (3-5 years)These debts though, did he get to keep the shyts he bought or what?
