UM in the cut that's a scary sightYeah, but they'll never get the votes to get a republican in detroit...thus, the emergency city manager route, and railroading education control from the city of detroit. Maybe business growth downtown, but really, i welcome that (though i dont live there so my perspective is different... @eastside313 @NigerianDonDada your thoughts?)
All i know is, good bless ann arbor for straightstatus at everyone else. That city will always be cool and immune to the bullshyt.
Downtown and Midtown Detroit are already on recovery mode. God forbid they back to 100, suburbs and Lansing will be for a rude awakening

I don't see the problem. This is what the Democrats wanted. This is what moving "forward" was suppose to represent. You're getting Obamacare, you're getting the "rich to pay their fair share"...you have 5 million "shovel ready" jobs, the economy is "booming" under Keneysian economics...what more do you want?

With Obamacare at least you are recieving some sort of benefit. This BS that Snyder forced through on the people was something he said he wasn't going to do and did it anyway. All this bill does is cripple unions. Snyder is probably going to bring in some apple picking jobs or another wal mart, while the middle class and poor get poorer and the Rich will be swimming in the dough. This is nothing but revenge from those butt hurt Republicans over the election. But hey...these dumbasses voted him in and now they are going get what they voted for.
